What happens to this Who is collecting it. DyCom Group Queensland Pty Ltd (DyComDrive operator kit).
Why. To reply to you, within 48 hours, and prepare for a conversation about your
service. Nothing else: no mailing list, no newsletter, no passing it on. If you do not give us a way
to reach you, we cannot reply.
Where it goes. Into our own system, on our servers in Queensland. Bruce, and anyone
at DyCom Group who helps with your enquiry, can read it.
The alert. When you send it, Bruce’s phone gets a notification that says only that a
new dycomdrive.com enquiry has arrived. Your name, contact details and message are not in it.
How long we keep it. 7 years from when you send it, or longer with your client records if you become a client, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Copies in our nightly backups, kept on our own equipment in Queensland and with Datto in Australia, have no set deletion date. Our privacy page explains this.
Your rights. You can ask to see or correct what we hold, or to have it deleted.
Our privacy page has the details, and how to complain.
Only your name and one way to reach you are required. Your answers are kept on your own device as
you type, so an interruption does not lose them, and cleared when you send.
